What is the minimum order quantity for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing starts at 25 kg for vermicompost and potting mix. Truckload rates apply from 2 tons upward.
Do you provide lab reports with every bulk shipment?
Lab reports are based on requirement of the shipment. We share lab report on requirement basis.
Can we get a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Absolutely. We ship trial samples with the current batch's lab report so you can evaluate quality before placing a full order.
Do you deliver outside Gurgaon / NCR?
Yes, we ship pan-India via part-load and full-truckload freight partners. Delivery timelines and cost are confirmed at quote stage.
Are you registered for government / GEM tenders?
Kala Sona is listed on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) with DPIIT Startup India recognition, and we assist with all required tender documentation.
What payment terms do you offer for institutional buyers?
